Have you ever done agility before? Please give details on whether with this dog or a different dog; where you trained; level of training achieved etc.

Is your dog insured? We strongly recommend insurance to cover any health concerns, and to cover costs (third party liability) if they do damage to another person or dog while at training or shows etc. Agility is a very exciting sport and dogs don’t always make good choices when excited!

Is your dog up to date on vaccinations? We require the puppy vaccinations & one year booster. We do recommend keeping up to date on vaccinations or titre testing your dog as appropriate.

Does your dog have any allergies or other health issues that we need to be aware of?

Does your dog have any behavioural or training concerns that we need to be aware of?

How is your dog with unfamiliar people?

How is your dog with other dogs?

Please describe your dog’s existing training level. Can they focus on you around distractions? Can they work off lead around other dogs and people?
